PickUp Games – Terms & Conditions

Terms of participation for PickUp Games

By booking a PickUp game, you agree to the following in addition to the Social Sport - Terms and Conditions.

Bookings & Payment
Sessions must be booked and paid for online in advance. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellations & Credits
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session to receive an account credit or refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their booking.

Session Cancellations by Social Sport
If a session is cancelled due to insufficient numbers or wet weather, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund. We recommend checking your email and phone prior to and on the day of your session.

Participation
Sessions are open to all abilities & genders. Players are expected to participate in a respectful, sportsmanlike manner. Social Sport reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others.

Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start time. This allows us to start your session on time.

Equipment
All equipment is supplied. Players must wear appropriate sports attire and footwear.

Insurance
All participants are covered under Social Sport's Player Accident insurance policy for the duration of the session.

Health & Safety
By booking, you confirm you are physically fit to participate. Play at your own risk and within your personal limits. If you have a pre-existing injury or health condition, please consult a medical professional before taking part.
